1. Operator and purpose
HOME 2000 POS is operated by HOME 2000 BUILDING MATERIALS LLC in Shabiat Sweihan, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It supports authorized sales billing, customer accounts, payments, inventory, business reporting and document archiving.
2. Authorized access
Access to the installed POS and business information is restricted to personnel authorized by the business. These public information pages do not grant access to the private system. Unauthorized access, misuse of credentials, falsification of records and interference with the system are prohibited.
Users must protect their login credentials and personal issuer PINs, use only their authorized permissions, and report suspected misuse to the owner promptly.
3. Business record responsibilities
Authorized users must enter accurate customer, product, payment and transaction information. They must distinguish money actually collected from credit, discounts, pending refunds and other adjustments. Finalized records must be corrected through the application's authorized, auditable workflows.
The business is responsible for reviewing its records and tax configuration, meeting applicable accounting and recordkeeping requirements, and obtaining professional advice where necessary.
4. Google integrations
Google Sheets and Google Drive functions require appropriate account authorization, enabled APIs and access to the configured business files. Authorization may be revoked or require renewal. Users must not share private Google credentials or make business records public.
Pending or failed synchronization must be reviewed in the app. A local save does not by itself confirm that Google Sheets and Drive have received the record or document. Users should follow the business's backup and reconciliation procedures.
5. Availability and changes
Operation depends on the installed computer, network and relevant service providers. Continuous availability, permanent authorization and error-free operation are not guaranteed. Updates and maintenance may be necessary. Users should preserve data and backups when installing updates and follow the owner's operational instructions.
6. Privacy and applicable law
Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Use of the system is subject to applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing on these pages removes applicable statutory rights or recordkeeping duties.
